Couldnot be happier to sell me the car when i could get a salesman, when i collected the car nothing was ready i was sent home with no car lake of communition between myself and salesman qas left sat round for an hour with no communication very bad service considering i had spent 14k out right the week before

I would not recommend Chapelhouse MG Southport because told to pick up vehicle on a day that it seems majority of staff were on a training course, it was void of staff. Eventually a lovely chap from another part, not MG, came and assisted with the hand over, so no proper instructions or advice. Then when home realise no mats, which I’d purchased, and no charging cable. Tried numerous times to speak to somebody on the phone, in the end, 2 days later, I had to go to the dealership and ask for the missing items. Why on earth tell people to come in when no staff to assist?
